| Eligibility: | Entries are open to spouses. Couple must be legally married. Both must be amateur golfers. Each player must have an active GHIN handicap index of 24.0 or less (as determined by the September 10, 2020 Handicap Revision). |

| Entry Procedures: | Entries and fully paid entry fees must be received through the Mass Golf Online Entry process by 5:00pm EST on the published entry deadline. |
| Format: | Teams of two playing Scotch (foursome) format for 18 holes. Teams alternate what holes they drive on and then alternate shots on each hole. 50% of combined handicaps. USGA handicap indexes will be converted to course handicap. If the difference between the partners’ course handicaps exceeds 15 strokes, the higher handicap will be adjusted so that the difference does not exceed 15 strokes. Pairing requests will be honored and an effort made to accommodate preferred day for play, when possible. |
| Field: | Field is limited to 112 players per day. Entries will be selected in the order they are received. |
| Schedule: | Married Spouses play 18 holes of alternate ball, alternate shot format. 50% of combined handicap. |
| Caddies & Automotive Transportation: | Cart fee is included in entry fee. Caddies and pull carts (at the host club’s discretion) are permitted. |
| Starting Times: | Starting Times & Player Information will be emailed to all competitors shortly after the close of entries. |
| Prizes: | Merchandise certificates for gross and net. Merchandise certificates will be awarded and are only be redeemable at the host club. |
| Trophy: | Permanent Trophies engraved with low gross winners’ names. |
| Player Info: | Starting Times & Player Information will be emailed to all competitors shortly after the close of entries. |

| Withdrawal/Refund Policy Competitors, who have submitted an entry for a Mass Golf event and wish to withdraw for any reason, MUST notify the Mass Golf office in writing (e-mail is acceptable and encouraged) or by phone. Entry fee will be refunded less a $20 administrative fee, regardless of reason, if Mass Golf is notified in writing or by phone seven days prior to each event (Championship, or Qualifier). Entry fee will be refunded less 50% for any withdrawals received less than seven days prior to each event. No refund will be processed for a withdrawal notification that is received on the scheduled date of an event (Championship or Qualifier).
