| Eligibility: | Entries are open to two person teams of amateur golfers. Mothers can be grandmothers and great-grandmothers. Sons or Grandsons who are under 12 years of age play in 9 hole division. Handicaps not to exceed 54.0 (as determined by the June 25, 2020 Handicap Revision). Players with a handicap index of higher than 36.0 will be limited to a 36.0 Player Handicap. Can play with up to two sons. |

| Entry Procedures: | Entries and fully paid entry fees must be received through the Mass Golf Online Entry process by 5:00pm EST on the published entry deadline. |
| Format: | 9 Holes. Selected Drives, then alternate shot. Both partners drive from forward tees. 50% of combined handicaps. |
| Field: | Field Limited to 100 Players. Entries will be selected in the order they are received. |
| Schedule: | 9 Hole Mixed Team plays selected drive, alternate shot at 50% of combined handicaps. 6/25/2020 Revision. |
| Caddies & Automotive Transportation: | Cart fee is included in entry fee. Caddies and pull carts (at the host club’s discretion) are permitted. |
| Starting Times: | Starting Times & Player Information will be emailed to all competitors shortly after the close of entries. |
| Prizes: | Merchandise certificates gross and net. Merchandise certificates will be awarded and are only redeemable at the host club. |
| Trophy: | Trophies engraved with low gross winners’ names. |
| Player Info: | Starting Times & Player Information will be emailed to all competitors shortly after the close of entries. |

| Withdrawal/Refund Policy Competitors, who have submitted an entry for a Mass Golf event and wish to withdraw for any reason, MUST notify the Mass Golf office in writing (e-mail is acceptable and encouraged) or by phone. Entry fee will be refunded less a $20 administrative fee, regardless of reason, if Mass Golf is notified in writing or by phone seven days prior to each event (Championship, or Qualifier). Entry fee will be refunded less 50% for any withdrawals received less than seven days prior to each event. No refund will be processed for a withdrawal notification that is received on the scheduled date of an event (Championship or Qualifier).
