| Eligibility: | Entries are open to two women teams of amateur female golfers who have a Mass Golf/GHIN Handicap Index with a Golfers compete in divisions that are determined by the age of the daughter. Handicap Index not exceeding 54.0 (as determined by the July 2, 2020 Handicap Revision). Players with a handicap index of higher than 36.0 will be limited to a 36.0 Player Handicap. Mothers can be grandmothers and great-grandmothers. Unrelated Women/Junior combinations can play together as well! Daughters or Granddaughters who are under 13 years of age and younger play in separate 9 hole division. If junior under 18 does not have a handicap, contact Mass Golf and we will sign them up for a free one. |

| Entry Procedures: | Entries and fully paid entry fees must be received through the Mass Golf Online Entry process by 5:00pm EST on the published entry deadline. |
| Format: | Teams of two playing Chapman Format for 18 holes. Both players hit their first shot. They play the other person’s ball for their second shot.The best shot is then selected and they play alternate shot until the ball is holed. 60% of lower course handicap person plus 40% of higher course handicap person. |
| Field: | Entries will be selected in the order the are received. |
| Schedule: | Teams of two playing 18 hole Chapman Format. 60% of lower handicap player plus 40% of higher handicap player. 7/2/2020 Revision. |
| Caddies & Automotive Transportation: | Cart fee is included in entry fee. Caddies and pull carts (at the host club’s discretion) are permitted. |
| Starting Times: | Starting Times & Player Information will be emailed to all competitors shortly after the close of entries. |
| Prizes: | Merchandise certificates for gross and net. Merchandise certificates will be awarded and are only redeemable at the host club. |
| Trophy: | Trophies engraved with low gross winners’ names in each class. |

| Withdrawal/Refund Policy Competitors, who have submitted an entry for a Mass Golf event and wish to withdraw for any reason, MUST notify the Mass Golf office in writing (e-mail is acceptable and encouraged) or by phone. Entry fee will be refunded less a $20 administrative fee, regardless of reason, if Mass Golf is notified in writing or by phone seven days prior to each event (Championship, or Qualifier). Entry fee will be refunded less 50% for any withdrawals received less than seven days prior to each event. No refund will be processed for a withdrawal notification that is received on the scheduled date of an event (Championship or Qualifier).
