Eligibility: Entries are open to two women teams of amateur golfers who have an active Mass Golf/GHIN Handicap Index not exceeding 54.0 (as determined by the 5/14/2020 Handicap Revision) Players with a handicap index of higher than 36.0 will be limited to a 36.0 Player Handicap.
Entry Procedures: Entries and fully paid entry fees must be received through the Mass Golf Online Entry process by 5:00pm EST on the published entry deadline.
Format: Chapman Format - Teams of two women drive their ball, then hit their partner’s ball, then select one of the balls which they will alternate hitting until holed. 18 Holes with Two Divisions. Division 1 must have both players with Handicaps up to 18.0 Division 2 must have both players with Handicaps 18.1 - 54.0 60% of the lower handicap person plus 40% of the higher handicap person.
Field: Entries will be selected in the order they are received.
Schedule: Two separate Divisions of two women teams. Division 1 (Handicaps up to 18.0) and Division 2 (Handicaps 18.1 to 54.0) Players with a handicap index of higher than 36.0 will be limited to a 36.0 index. 18 Holes Chapman Format. 60% of the lower person’s course handicap plus 40% of the higher person’s course handicap. 5/14/2020 Revision.

Transportation: 
Cart fee is included in entry fee. Caddies and pull carts (at the host club’s discretion) are permitted.
Starting Times: Starting Times & Player Information will be emailed to all competitors shortly after the close of entries.
Prizes: Merchandise certificates for gross and net. Merchandise certificates can only be redeemable at the host club.
Trophy: Trophies engraved with names of low gross winners in each Division.
Player Info: Starting Times & Player Information will be emailed to all competitors shortly after the close of entries.
Addt'l Info: Fee Includes: Cart, lunch, golf and range balls.

Withdrawal/Refund Policy
Competitors, who have submitted an entry for a Mass Golf event and wish to withdraw for any reason, MUST notify the Mass Golf office in writing (e-mail is acceptable and encouraged) or by phone. Entry fee will be refunded less a $20 administrative fee, regardless of reason, if Mass Golf is notified in writing or by phone seven days prior to each event (Championship, or Qualifier). Entry fee will be refunded less 50% for any withdrawals received less than seven days prior to each event. No refund will be processed for a withdrawal notification that is received on the scheduled date of an event (Championship or Qualifier).
