| Eligibility: | Classes A, B & C (not to exceed 21.0) If difference between partner’s course handicaps exceeds 15 strokes, higher handicap will be adjusted to a maximum of 15 strokes more than the lower handicapped partner. Entries are open to two-women teams of amateur women golfers who have an active Mass Golf/GHIN Handicap Index at any public, private, semi-private, municipal or non-real estate Mass Golf member course/club or have completed their handicap certification. |

| Format: | Match Play, Round Robin (9-hole matches over 2 days). Flights of 6 teams each arranged according to handicap index totals. All flights played at 95% of course handicap off the lowest handicap. No consolation flights (you will play both Day 1 & 2). Round Robin Format: Each team will play five 9-hole matches against the other teams in their flight, in a four-ball format (hole determined by best net ball of each team). Scores accumulated for each hole: 1 point for each hole won; 1/2 point for a tie and 0 points for a loss. Day 1: Three 9-hole matches (total 27 holes of play). Day 2: Two 9-hole matches. |

| Withdrawal/Refund Policy Competitors, who have submitted an entry for a Mass Golf event and wish to withdraw for any reason, MUST notify the Mass Golf office in writing (e-mail is acceptable and encouraged) or by phone. Entry fee will be refunded less a $20 administrative fee, regardless of reason, if Mass Golf is notified in writing or by phone seven days prior to each event (Championship, or Qualifier). Entry fee will be refunded less 50% for any withdrawals received less than seven days prior to each event. No refund will be processed for a withdrawal notification that is received on the scheduled date of an event (Championship or Qualifier).
