Eligibility: Entries are open to exempt players only.
Entry Procedures: Entries and fully paid entry fees must be received through the Mass Golf Online Entry process by 5:00pm EST on the published entry deadline. 
Format: Competition will be 54 Holes at Stroke Play.
Field: The Championship Proper field is limited to approximately 112 players.

10. Top five (5) Mass Golf scorers and ties from the 2018 New England Amateur Championship

12. Top ten (10) finishers and ties form the 2018 Richard D. Haskell Player of the Year standings, if eligible. Additional exemptions may be awarded based on the 2018 Richard D. Haskell Player of the Year stan
13. Top five (5) and ties, not yet exempt, from the 2019 Richard D. Haskell Player of the Year standings as of July 12th, 2019.
14. Top five (5) finishers and ties from the 2018 Christopher Cutler Rich Junior Player of the Year Standings
15. The individual champion from the 2018 MIAA Division 1, 2 & 3 State Championships, if eligible
16. The Low Mass Golf competitor from the 2018 EIL Championship and 2019 ISL Kingman Bowl, if eligible
17. 2019 Hornblower Memorial Champion, if eligible
18. Top four (4) Mass Golf affiliated finishers in the 2019 U.S. Challenge Cup (14-18 Division) – Francis Ouimet Junior Invitational
19. Host Club Exemption (4.4 H.I. or less) – 1 per host site (Championship Division)
20. Past Ouimet Memorial Tournament Lowery Division Champions/Championship Division Champions (regardless of state/club affiliation)
21. Top five (5) scorers and ties from the 2018 Ouimet Memorial Tournament (Lowery Division)
22. 2018 Individual Champions, if eligible
23. Top ten (10) scorers and ties from the 2018 Senior Amateur Championship
24. Top three (3) scorers and ties from the 2018 Super Senior Championship
25. Top five (5) Mass Golf scorers and ties form the 2018 NEGA Senior Amateur Championship

Round 3 - August 2 (18 Holes)

Any tie for first place (in any division) will be decided immediately by a hole-by-hole play-off.
Caddies &
Automotive
Transportation: 
Players may use caddies, pull carts (at the host clubs(s) discretion). Automotive transportation may only be used by competitors in the Lowery Division. 
Food/Beverage:  A complimentary luncheon will be provided for all competitors on July 31.
Starting Times: Championship Starting Times & Player Information will be emailed to all competitors in advance of the event.
Prizes: Merchandise certificates will be awarded and are only redeemable at the host site(s).
Trophy: Championship Division - Richard F. Connolly, Sr. Trophy

Lowery Division - Eddie Lowery Trophy

Women’s Division - Women’s Division Trophy

Withdrawal/Refund Policy
Competitors, who have submitted an entry for a Mass Golf event and wish to withdraw for any reason, MUST notify the Mass Golf office in writing (e-mail is acceptable and encouraged) or by phone. Entry fee will be refunded less a $20 administrative fee, regardless of reason, if Mass Golf is notified in writing or by phone seven days prior to each event (Championship, or Qualifier). Entry fee will be refunded less 50% for any withdrawals received less than seven days prior to each event. No refund will be processed for a withdrawal notification that is received on the scheduled date of an event (Championship or Qualifier).
