August 15 - Meadow Brook Golf Club   
August 27 - Reservation Golf Club   
August 29 - Wayland Country Club   

Eligibility: Entries are open to amateur golfers who have reached their 65th birthday by September 2, 2020 and who have an active Mass Golf/GHIN Handicap Index at any public, private, semi-private, municipal or non-real estate Mass Golf member course/club not exceeding 12.0 (as determined by the July 9, 2020 Handicap Revision) or have completed their handicap certification.
Entry Procedures: Entries and fully paid entry fees must be received through the Mass Golf Online Entry process by 5:00pm EST on the published entry deadline.
Format: Competition will be in two (2) stages at Stroke Play:
1. Sectional Qualifying (18 holes)
2. Championship Proper (36 holes)
Field: The Championship Proper field is limited to 120 players (approx; based on qualifying ties).

2020 Exemptions (Upon receipt of the online registration and fee, the players in the following categories are exempt from Sectional Qualifying);

Exemption Classes
1. Super Senior Amateur Champions of the last five (5) years
2. The top seventy (70) scorers and ties in the 2018 Super Senior Amateur Championship
3. Senior Amateur Champions of the last ten (10) years, if eligible
4. The top ten (10) Super Senior (65+) scorers and ties in the 2018 Senior Amateur Championship
5. The top five (5) Mass Golf Super Senior (65+) scorers and ties in the 2018 NEGA Senior Amateur Championship.
6. The top ten (10) finishers and ties in the 2018 George M. Cohen Senior Player of the Year standings
7. Any Senior Competitor (the year they turn 65, ONLY) who has won a Mass Golf Championship (Amateur, Open, Mid-Amateur, Amateur Public Links or Senior Amateur) during that year.
8. Any Super Senior competitor (65+), who is exempt for the 2019 Amateur, Open, Mid-Amateur, Amateur Public Links or Senior Amateur Championships.
9. Any Mass Golf member (65+) who qualified for the 2018 U.S. Senior Amateur Championship, if eligible
10. Any Mass Golf member (65+) who qualified for the 2018 U.S. Senior Open, if eligible

Championship Proper:
Round 1 - October 2 (18 Holes)
***The low 70 scorers and ties after 18-holes will continue play on October 3
Round 2 - October 3 (18 Holes)
Any tie (in either division) for first place will be decided immediately by a hole-by-hole play-off .
Caddies &
Automotive
Transportation: 
Cart fee is included in entry fee for Championship Proper. Players may use caddies, pull carts (at the host club(s) discretion) and/or automotive transportation during Sectional Qualifying or Championship Proper.
Food/Beverage: A complementary luncheon will be provided for all competitors on October 2.
Starting Times: Qualifying Round Starting Times & Player Information will be emailed to all competitors shortly after the close of entries. Championship Starting Times & Player Information will be emailed to all competitors shortly after the last qualifying round.
Prizes: The Super Senior Amateur Trophy will be presented to the Champion. Merchandise certificates will be awarded and are only redeemable at the host site.

***New for 2020 - A Legends Division has been added for competitors ages 70+. All Legends Division competitors will also be competing for the overall championship (playing the same tees). The Legends Division Trophy will be presented and merchandise certificates awarded to the low-scorer age 70+.

Withdrawal/Refund Policy
Competitors, who have submitted an entry for a Mass Golf event and wish to withdraw for any reason, MUST notify the Mass Golf office in writing (e-mail is acceptable and encouraged) or by phone. Entry fee will be refunded less a $20 administrative fee, regardless of reason, if Mass Golf is notified in writing or by phone seven days prior to each event (Championship, or Qualifier). Entry fee will be refunded less 50% for any withdrawals received less than seven days prior to each event. No refund will be processed for a withdrawal notification that is received on the scheduled date of an event (Championship or Qualifier).
