| Eligibility: | Entries are open to amateur golfers who hold membership in a club belonging to one of the six New England State Golf Associations and have an up-to-date USGA/GHIN Handicap Index not exceeding 17.4 (as determined by the June 1, 2019 Handicap Revision). |

| Entry Procedures: | Entries and fully paid entry fees must be received through the Mass Golf Online Entry process by 5:00pm EST on the published entry deadline. |
| Format: | Competition will be 54 Holes at Stroke Play. |
| Field: | The Championship Proper field is limited to 108 players. Entries will be selected by state at thier own descretion as of the published entry close date. This is NOT a first come, first served championship. |

| Schedule: | Round 1 - July 9 (18 Holes) Round 2 - July 10 (18 Holes) ***The low 70 scorers and ties or anyone within 10 strokes of the leader after 36-holes will continue play on July 11 Round 3 - July 11 (18 Holes) |
| Caddies & Automotive Transportation: | Cart fees are included in entry fee for all rounds. Caddies and pull carts (at the host club(s) discretion) are permitted. Parents and guardians are not permitted to caddie for any junior player (age 18 & under). |
| Food/Beverage: | A complimentary luncheon will be available for all competitors on July 10. |
| Starting Times: | Championship Proper Starting Times & Player Information will be emailed to all competitors shortly after the close of entries. |
| Prizes: | Merchandise certificates (gross & net) will be awarded. |
| Trophy: | Permanent Trophies engraved with low gross winners’ names. |

| Withdrawal/Refund Policy Competitors, who have submitted an entry for a Mass Golf event and wish to withdraw for any reason, MUST notify the Mass Golf office in writing (e-mail is acceptable and encouraged) or by phone. Entry fee will be refunded less a $20 administrative fee, regardless of reason, if Mass Golf is notified in writing or by phone seven days prior to each event (Championship, or Qualifier). Entry fee will be refunded less 50% for any withdrawals received less than seven days prior to each event. No refund will be processed for a withdrawal notification that is received on the scheduled date of an event (Championship or Qualifier).
